Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Supapi — an independent app built on Pi Network technology, with classifieds and business listings (Bazaar), public requests (SupaWanted), non-custodial merchant storefronts and reviews, a food & eatery directory (SupaEats), creator posts, games, messaging, referrals, wallet features, and the SUPAPI utility token. By creating an account or using Supapi (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Supapi is an independent, third-party application built on Pi Network technology. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pi Core Team or Pi Network. “Pi” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

1. What Supapi is

Supapi is an online marketplace and utility platform. It lets people post listings and SupaWanted requests, run merchant storefronts, leave reviews, collect eligible activity credits, use the SUPAPI utility token for in-app features, and hold on-chain SUPAPI to qualify for listing capacity and merchant features. Supapi is a venue that connects users; we are not a party to transactions between users or between buyers and merchants unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You sign in using your Pi Network account, and you are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. One Pi wallet may be linked to one Supapi account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, or prohibited listings, requests, or content;
  • manipulate, farm, script, or abuse the rewards, tiers, or emission system;
  • use multiple accounts to bypass limits, or impersonate others;
  • interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security;
  • use the Service for money laundering, sanctioned activity, or any illegal purpose.

We may remove content, and suspend or limit accounts, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms.

4. Listings, requests, reviews, and your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Listings, SupaWanted requests, and reviews are public. We do not endorse user content and may moderate or remove it.

5. SUPAPI is a utility token

SUPAPI is a utility token used inside Supapi. It is not an investment, security, share, deposit, or a promise of profit, income, dividends, liquidity, resale value, availability, or any financial return. Supapi does not operate, control, or guarantee any third-party market; SUPAPI may trade on external venues (such as a DEX/AMM) that can be illiquid, volatile, or unavailable. Holding or receiving SUPAPI does not give you any ownership, equity, or claim against us.

SUPAPI may be received through eligible activity. In-app SUPAPI can be used for in-app benefits; on-chain SUPAPI holdings can qualify an account for license tiers; and in-app SUPAPI may be requested for on-chain withdrawal to your Pi wallet where available. Claims and withdrawals are subject to eligibility checks, per-person and network-wide limits, reserve availability, and platform configuration. SUPAPI spent in SupaPets, SupaCity, or similar game features is a consumed in-app cost — it is not a bet, stake, deposit, or entry into a cash-prize game. We may adjust reward parameters, benefits, tiers, limits, or availability. Current limits and token details are shown on the Rewards and Tokenomics pages, and in the Token Utility Notes.

6. Wallet and on-chain withdrawals

You may link your Pi wallet and request on-chain withdrawals where withdrawals are enabled and available, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount shown on your Wallet page. Because the Pi Platform does not share your wallet address with apps, linking is done by proof of ownership: you send a one-time 0.0000001 π (one stroop) payment, and the wallet it comes from is linked. On-chain transactions are processed by the Pi/Stellar network, are irreversible once confirmed, and may require a SUPAPI trustline and network fees. We do not control the Pi network and are not responsible for network delays, fees, forks, or losses caused by an incorrect wallet address or your own key management.

7. Rewards and anti-abuse

Rewards are provided at our discretion and are subject to daily caps, budgets, eligibility rules, and change or discontinuation. We may withhold, reverse, or void rewards that result from error, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Tips are voluntary peer-to-peer in-app balance transfers between users. They are normally final once sent and are not purchases from Supapi, though we may intervene for error, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance.

8. Requests, merchants, and transactions

Merchants are responsible for their storefronts, listings, and offers. Payments are arranged directly between a buyer and a merchant — Supapi does not process, hold, or settle payments. Transactions and any dispute between a buyer and a merchant are between those parties. We may offer tools to help, but we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services offered by users.

SupaWanted introduces people who need something to potential responders. Requesters and responders are responsible for verifying each other, agreeing on price, payment, delivery, and any other terms, and resolving disputes between themselves. Supapi does not process, hold, or guarantee payment, delivery, responses, matches, or outcomes.

9. Fees

Some features (for example SUPAPI top-ups and optional in-game items) may require a Pi payment, and on-chain actions may incur network fees. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm. Fees may change; changes apply going forward.

A fee is treated as non-refundable once the service has been provided — for example, once a top-up has been credited to your In-App Balance, an optional in-game item or action has been delivered, or a SUPAPI-paid in-app feature (such as a listing promotion or SupaWanted boost window) has begun. We may still provide a refund at our discretion, or where a paid feature was not delivered, was materially defective, or a refund is required by applicable law. Network fees paid to the Pi/Stellar blockchain are not refundable by us.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, and software (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing, request, response, reward, or token feature will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Some records and on-chain data may persist after termination (see the Privacy Policy).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Where required, mandatory local consumer-protection rights still apply to you.
