Terms of Service

Supapi is an online marketplace and utility platform. It lets people post listings and Requests, run merchant storefronts, leave reviews, collect eligible activity credits, use the SUPAPI utility token for in-app features, and hold on-chain SUPAPI to qualify for listing capacity and merchant features. Supapi is a venue that connects users; we are not a party to transactions between users or between buyers and merchants unless stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. When you first sign in you must declare your date of birth and confirm that you meet this age requirement; money and content features stay locked until you do. You sign in using your Pi Network account, and you are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. One Pi wallet may be linked to one Supapi account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. When you complete the age confirmation, we record that you accepted these Terms, along with the version and time of acceptance.

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, or prohibited listings, requests, or content;
• manipulate, farm, script, or abuse the rewards, tiers, or emission system;
• use multiple accounts to bypass limits, or impersonate others;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security;
• use the Service for money laundering, sanctioned activity, or any illegal purpose.

We may remove content, and suspend or limit accounts, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms. See the Prohibited Items & Content policy for what may not be listed or posted.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Listings, Requests requests, and reviews are public. We do not endorse user content and may moderate or remove it.

You may link your Pi wallet and request on-chain withdrawals where withdrawals are enabled and available, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount shown on your Wallet page. Because the Pi Platform does not share your wallet address with apps, linking is done by proof of ownership: you send a one-time 0.0000001 π (one stroop) payment, and the wallet it comes from is linked. On-chain transactions are processed by the Pi/Stellar network, are irreversible once confirmed, and may require a SUPAPI trustline and network fees. We do not control the Pi network and are not responsible for network delays, fees, forks, or losses caused by an incorrect wallet address or your own key management.

Rewards are provided at our discretion and are subject to daily caps, budgets, eligibility rules, and change or discontinuation. We may withhold, reverse, or void rewards that result from error, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Tips are voluntary peer-to-peer in-app balance transfers between users. They are normally final once sent and are not purchases from Supapi, though we may intervene for error, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance.

The Service, including its name, design, and software (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us through the Contact page with enough detail for us to identify the material, the right you say is infringed, and your contact information. We may remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe infringes rights, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. We may ask for a counter-notice before restoring content. This section does not limit any other remedy available to us or to rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Supapi for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) MYR 100 (or its equivalent in Pi). This cap applies however the liability arises, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request deletion of your account from your Account page. Deletion is subject to a short cooling-off period, after which your account is anonymised and your personal content removed. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Some records and on-chain data may persist after termination (see the Privacy Policy).

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes network or blockchain outages, changes to the Pi Network or its platform, failures of hosting, database, or other third-party providers, cyberattacks, power or internet outages, natural events, war, civil unrest, government action, and the unavailability or incapacity of the personnel who operate the Service.

While such an event continues, our obligations are suspended. If it continues for a prolonged period, either you or we may stop using or providing the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the paragraph below, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply to you and nothing in these Terms excludes them.

You agree that we may give you notices and other communications about the Service electronically — through the app, by email or other contact details on your account, or by posting them on the Service. Electronic notices are treated as received when sent or posted. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Formal legal notices to us must be sent through the Contact page and are treated as received when we acknowledge them.

You represent that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or a resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions or denied-party list. You agree not to use the Service to violate any export-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or counter-terrorism-financing law. We may suspend or terminate access, and block or reverse transactions, to comply with those laws.

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your use of the Service, including any rewards, tips, or token amounts you receive, and for any reporting required by law. We do not provide tax advice and do not withhold taxes except where the law requires.

These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and us. We act as an independent platform operator. We do not owe you any fiduciary, trustee, or similar duty, and nothing in these Terms creates one.

These Terms are between you and us only. No other person or entity has any right to enforce, or to benefit from, any part of these Terms.

We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, without your consent. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without that consent is void.

These Terms, together with the policies they reference (including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Prohibited Items & Content policy, and Token Utility Notes), are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and supersede any earlier or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations about the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, and no single or partial exercise of a right prevents us from exercising it or any other right later.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and this General section — will continue to apply after your account is closed or your access to the Service ends.
