Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what information Supapi (the “Service”) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what the Service needs to work. By using Supapi you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the marketplace, SupaWanted request board, stores, eatery directory, creator posts, messages, games, referrals, wallet, payments, safety, and token features:

  • Account & identity: your Pi Network identifier (UID) and username/display name from Pi sign-in, an email address if you provide one, and your linked Pi wallet address.
  • Content you create: listings, SupaWanted requests and their budget, category, location, and timing details, storefront and eatery details, reviews, images, creator posts, comments, messages, game activity, referral activity, and the profile and country/city fields you choose to provide.
  • Token & transaction data: your In-App Balance, reward points and claims, withdrawals, and Pi payment identifiers for features you pay for.
  • Technical data: a session token to keep you signed in, and basic security logs (such as timestamps and limited device/network information) used to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not ask for or store your Pi passphrase or private keys. We never have access to them.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • provide and operate the marketplace, request board, wallet, rewards, and tiers;
  • process claims, wallet withdrawals, wallet verification, and Pi payments for Supapi features — Supapi does not process, hold, or settle buyer–merchant payments;
  • keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, abuse, and rule-breaking;
  • provide support and respond to your requests;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. On-chain data is public and permanent

When you withdraw SUPAPI or transact on the Pi/Stellar blockchain, your wallet address and those transactions are recorded on a public, immutable ledger that we do not control. On-chain data cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Please keep this in mind before linking a wallet or withdrawing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with Pi Network or Pi platform services, as needed for sign-in, wallet/payment verification, and Pi payments — Supapi remains an independent app and is not endorsed by the Pi Core Team;
  • with infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
  • when required by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or the public;
  • as public marketplace content — your listings, SupaWanted requests, storefront, and reviews are visible to others by design.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies/storage needed to sign you in and keep the Service working. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. On-chain data persists independently of us (see section 3).

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit much of your profile and content in the app. To make a request, use the Contact page. Note that we cannot alter or erase data already recorded on the blockchain, and we may need to keep certain records for legal reasons.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your Pi account and device credentials safe.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where they live). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is transferred, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
