Prices come from the live platform config and can change — the buy card always shows the exact amount before you confirm. Buying again while a window is still live stacks: the new days start when the current window ends, so nothing you paid for is lost.
FAIRNESS
How the rotation works
- Paid slots take turns. Each surface shows only a few paid placements per country. When the slots are busy, buyers queue into a fair rotation instead of one ad pinning the top.
- Rotation every 10 minutes (10 min for Listing promos, 10 min for Requests). Every payer periodically fronts a capped slot, reshuffled so the first card isn't fixed.
- Shown on the first 3 pages. Promotions appear near the top of a directory; deeper pages stay purely organic.
- Never overwhelming. A visitor sees any single promotion at most 3 times a day.
- Local by design. The Worldwide view stays 100% organic. Promotions need a specific country — you can't be charged for a placement that can't show.
- Organic ranking untouched. Promoted items sit in their own labelled rails; the normal list below keeps its usual order. When your window ends, your item stays exactly where it always was.
If the slots are full, the buy card shows an estimated first appearance, so you know roughly when your turn comes before you pay.
PAYING
Payment, pausing and refunds
- Two ways to pay. Use your in-app SUPAPI balance or pay with Pi. The window you get is identical either way.
- Retry-safe. A failed or repeated click never charges you twice.
- Paid time pauses if it can't show. Unpublish your listing, switch it to Worldwide, take your storefront offline, or lose food-venue eligibility, and the clock stops — the remaining time is credited back when it can render again.
- Refunds. Promotions are generally non-refundable once the window starts. If we fail to deliver, contact support: a full refund returns the value and cancels the window; a partial refund leaves it running.
FAQ
Before you buy
All the slots are full — can I still buy?
Yes. You join the rotation and take your turn; the buy card estimates how long your first appearance will take. You are never charged extra for waiting, and the full window still runs.
Can I run more than one promotion?
Yes. You can boost and feature the same listing at once, promote several listings, or run a storefront promotion alongside a listing one. Buying again while a promotion is live extends it from its current end date.
Will promoting change my normal ranking
No. Promotions are labelled and rotated in their own rails. The organic list keeps its usual order, and your item stays there after the promotion ends.
Can I promote in Worldwide?
No — paid placements are local-only. Choose a specific country for the listing, storefront or request first. The Worldwide feed stays organic for everyone.
How fast will I appear?
Immediately when there is room in the rotation. When the country's slots are full, your first appearance is estimated on the buy card and you are shown within your turn of the rotation.
What happens if I take my item offline?
The paid clock pauses and the remaining days wait for you. When the item can render again, the time is credited back — so you never burn paid days while invisible.
How do I pay?
From your in-app SUPAPI balance (top up via Wallet → Add SUPAPI) or with Pi inside the Pi Browser. Prices are shown in the buy card for every channel.
Where can I see how my promotion did?
Storefront owners get Promotion Analytics at the Pro Seller tier — anonymous impressions plus distinct signed-in viewer-days (your own views are excluded). Listing and storefront promotions are also visible as Sponsored/Featured labels in the directories.
