Prohibited Items & Content
Supapi is a venue that connects people. To keep it lawful and safe, some things may not be listed, requested, sold, or posted. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It is not a complete list of every illegal act — the law always applies.
Illegal or harmful
- Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated goods, and items you do not have the right to sell
- Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and instructions to make them
- Stolen credentials, personal data, spyware, or hacking tools
- Content that sexualises minors, or any child-exploitation material
Fraud and deception
- Fake listings, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and guaranteed-return investment offers
- Misleading health, medical, or financial claims
- Impersonating another person, brand, or business
- Falsified documents, certificates, or reviews
Regulated goods
- Prescription medicines and medical devices without lawful authorisation
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and gambling products where restricted
- Firearms, knives, and other weapons where restricted
- Protected wildlife, animal parts, and endangered species
- Financial instruments, loans, and money-transfer services without a licence
Abuse and harm
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, and targeted abuse
- Sexually explicit content and adult services
- Content that promotes self-harm, violence, or terrorism
- Spam, bulk unsolicited offers, and referral farming
Tokens, rewards, and games
- Selling, buying, or trading Supapi accounts, referral codes, or reward points
- Using scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or exploits to farm rewards or tiers
- Betting, wagering, or any cash-prize game using SUPAPI or In-App Balance
- Any attempt to manipulate SUPAPI pricing, emission, or treasury
How we enforce this
We may review, hide, or remove any listing, request, review, message, or profile that breaches this policy, and we may limit, suspend, or close accounts involved. Serious or repeated breaches, or anything we believe is unlawful, may be reported to the relevant authorities. Enforcement decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.
Report something
If you see a listing or content that breaks this policy, use the report option on the item, or reach us via the Contact page. Include a link and a short description. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure what you post is lawful and that you have the right to offer it. Supapi does not verify every listing, and we are not a party to deals between users.
